In order to make this project unique and memorable, we are not only making referenc
5、es but also transforming these familiar landscapes to contemporary form and style by abstracting and romanticizing them. We be- lieve that this project could reinvent the local tradition, culture and lifestyle and introduce the best and newest of what Chongq- ing can offer.The overall goal of the pr
6、oject is to create a peaceful residential environment within the urban center where people can feel re- laxed and rejuvenated through a simple and contemporary but refined and rich landscape. The proposed landscape framework embeds a series of open spaces, garden rooms, and a network of paths at dif
7、ferent scales which provide both intimate and com- munal experiences.
