1、大连海事大学装订线毕 业 论 文二一五年六月电子海图显示与信息系统的潜在风险分析与对策研究专业班级:航海技术114班姓 名: 张 凯 指导教师: 刘 勇 航海学院摘要电子海图显示与信息系统是近几十年来在航海领域出现并逐渐成熟的一项新技术,被认为是继雷达/ARPA之后在船舶导航方面又一项伟大的技术革命。这项新技术符合现代航海技术的要求,满足了对海运船舶驾驶实践的需求。在航道拥挤程度的提高、船舶的大型化、以及超高速船舶的出现带给船舶航行安全严峻挑战的情况下,电子海图显示与信息系统提供了解决这个问题的一种方法,就是集成式地把本船的位置、所处的静态环境、周围的动态目标信息显示在一个屏幕上,使得船舶驾驶
2、员能够迅速地获取所有这些信息,及时地做出操船决策。但这一新技术在实际运用中仍然存在海图数据、信息显示、系统设置、硬件软件等方面的风险,对船舶的航行安全造成一定影响。本文从当前电子海图技术上存在的不足,结合本人在“育鲲”轮上对电子海图显示与信息系统的观察和学习,对电子海图显示与信息系统作了简单的潜在风险调查分析,并在此基础之上讨论了应对这些潜在风险的对策,希望能给使用电子海图显示与信息系统的船舶驾驶人员提供一些有用的参考意见,帮助其更好的使用该系统以确保航行安全。关键词:电子海图显示与信息系统; 潜在风险;对策;航行安全Electronic chart display and informati
