5、1) OPEN :电动执行器控制输出电路“开”输出有效;Electric actuator control output circuit“opening ”output is effective(2) SHUT :电动执行器控制输出电路“闭”输出有效;Electric actuator control output circuit“ closing ou”tput is effective( 3) MANU :定位器处于手动模式;Locator is in manual mode( 4) AUTO :定位器处于自动模式;Locator is in Auto mode4、用户标定 LED 显示说

6、明User calibration LED display description(1) DRTA :正相标定,即 4mA对应阀门全闭,20mA对应阀门全开;20mANormal phase calibration, 4mA corresponds to the valve fully closed, corresponds to the valve fully open(2) RVSA :反相标定,即 4mA对应阀门全开,20mA对应阀门全闭;20mARP Calibration, 4mA corresponds to the valve fully closed, corresponds

7、to the valve fully open(3) OPEN :无输入信号时,阀门自动调至全开;No input signal, the valve automatically transferred to full open(4) STOP:无输入信号时,阀门自动停在当前位置;No input signal, the valve automatically stops at the current location(5) SHUT :无输入信号时,阀门自动调至全闭;No input signal, the valve automatically transferred to full cl

12、则显示“ F11”,相应标定 LED 也会被点亮。 等待按键输入, 按下 A/M 键将跳过本标定进程, 直接进 行到步骤(4),按下键将进入本标定进程,进入步骤(2);Display the current setting of the actual phase, the case of normal-phase mode is displayed "F1-2", RP-mode is displayed "F1-1", the corresponding calibration LED will be lit. Wait for the input,

15、D would eliminate(4) 退出相位标定,进入阀门转角标定进程;Out of the phase calibration, enter the valve angle calibration process3、阀门转角标定:The valve angle calibration( 1 ) 显示“ F2A1 ”,等待按键输入, 按下 A/M 键将跳过本标定进程, 进入手动标定进程。 按下键将电机将自动进行转角标定;标定结束,按下A/M键将进入手动标定进程。Display "F2A1", wait for the key input, press A / M ke

20、直接进行 到步骤(5),按下键将进入本标定进程,进入步骤(2);Display the current valve position parameters. wait for the key input, press the A / M key to skip the calibration process, directlyto the step (5), Press the key,enter the calibration process, go to step (2);(2) 数码管 4 个小数点亮,如是全开模式则显示“F31” ,停止模式则显示“ F32”,全闭模式则显示“ F3 3

28、户设置结果,退出标定模式,进入工作模式;Store the user settings result, out of the calibration mode, enter the working mode六、 初始化操作Initialization operation 注意:此标定中的参数在出厂时已设定好,默认参数可满足正常情况下的使用。建议客户 正常使用过程中不要使用本功能,以免误修改有关配置参数。Note: These calibration parameters have been configured at the factory, the default parameters ca

30、mA电流输入标定按AIM键按AIM键k 按键 显示A1-420mA电流输入标定按AIM键按AIM键 退出初始化状态,回复到正常运行状态初始化操作进入:Initialization operation entry1)自动模式下,按键并保持5秒,将进入初始化操作;In auto mode, press key and keep5 sec onds into the in itial state1、4mA电流输入标定:4mA curre nt in put calibratio n数码管将自动显示“ A1 1 ”,按下A/M则进入20mA电流输入标定,此时按下键进入标定。将信号源调到 4mA输出,此

31、时模块数码管显示4mA输入时的工程量。按下 A/M则将数据进行保存。然后回到“A1 1 ”显示。此时按下 A/M进入20mA电流输入标定。LED display "A1-1" automatically, press A / M, enter the 20mA current input calibration; press the key to enter the calibration, transfer signal source to 4mA output, at this time the module LED display 4mA input quantity

32、 of work. Press A / M, save the data. Then return to "A1- 1 ”a,nd then press A / M into the 20mA current Input calibration2、20mA 电流输入标定:20mA current input calibration数码管将自动显示“A1 2 ”,按下A/M则进入4mA电流输出标定,此时按下键进入标定。将信号源调到 20mA 输出,此时模块数码管显示 20mA 输入时的工程量。按下 A/M 则 将数据进行保存。然后回到“ A1 2 ”显示。此时按下 A/M 进入 4mA

33、 电流输出标定。LED display "A1-2" automatically, press A / M , enter the 4mA current output calibration; press the key to enter the calibration, transfer signal source to 20mA output, at this time the module LED display 20mA input quantity of work. Press A / M, save the data. Then return to "

34、;A1-2 ”,and then press A / M into the 4mA current Input calibration3、4mA 电流输出标定:4mA current output calibration数码管显示“ A1 3”,按下A/M则进入20mA电流输出标定,此时按下键进入标定。通过按下键或键调整使输出电流为4mA,然后按下A/M键存储标定结果。然后回到“A1 3 ”显示。此时按下 A/M 进入 20mA 电流输出标定。LED display "A1-3" automatically, press A / M , enter the 20mA cur
