1、题目:题目:减速器箱体攻丝专用机床结构设计减速器箱体攻丝专用机床结构设计摘 要组合机床是根据工件加工需要,以大量通用部件为基础,配以少量专用部件组成的一种高效专用机床。可以对一种或一类零件进行高效率的加工。主要用于零件的大批量生产,具有低成本、自动化程度高、配置灵活、高效率和高精度的特点。此外,由于大量地使用通用部件,组合机床的设计周期也很短,便于生产的组织和调整。本次组合机床的设计目的是为了实现对所给减速器箱体零件上孔的螺纹加工。在本次设计中,床身、动力箱、主轴箱液压滑台等均选用了通用部件,又根据所加工零件的形状和尺寸要求设计了专用的夹紧装置,采用了“一面两销”的定位方式和液压夹紧方式。动力

2、箱在组合机床上是独立装配的,它是用来提供回转刀具的轴和提供刀具纵向进给运动。本次设计中选用的是 TD25A 型动力箱,并选用与之相配套的 HY25B 型液压滑台。主轴箱分为固定中心距和可调节中心距两种,前者类型的箱体具有较大的刚度,他的使用比后者更频繁,本次设计中采用了前一种类型的主轴箱。主轴箱安装在动力箱上,动力箱安装在液压滑台上,液压滑台安装在滑座上,下面装有侧底座,夹具下方是中间底座,具体的结构可参见说明书中的机床联系尺寸图。关键词:组合机床 ;液压滑台;动力箱 ;主轴箱ABSTRACTThe unit built machine-tools is one kind of highly

In addition, because uses the general part massively, the design cycle of the unit built machine-tool is also very short, which is advantageous for the production organization an

5、d the adjustment. The goal of this unit built machine-tool design is in order to realize the screw thread processing on the reducer gear box body components. In this design, The lathe bed, the power box, the main spindle box hydraulic pressure moving platform and so on has selected the general part,

6、 also has designed the special-purpose clamp according to the shape and the size of the processed components request. It used the locate mode of “one surface and two pin” and the hydraulic pressure clamp way. The power box on the unit built machine-tool is assembled independently. It is used for to

7、provide the axis of the rotates cutting tool and to provide the cutting tool longitudinal feed motion. In this design, I selected the type of the power box is TD25A, and selected HY25B hydraulic pressure moving platform with it necessary. The main spindle box divides into two kinds. One is the fixed

8、 center distance type and the other one is can adjust the center distance. The former type box body has the great rigidity, which is used more frequent than the latter. In this design I have used the preceding kind of main spindle box. The main spindle box is fixed on the power box, the power box is
