我的育人故事
南津关小学 向秀珍
一个好老师，其实应当是一个“婆婆妈妈”的人。如何当好一名班主任。所谓“婆婆妈妈”，交朋友。是指对教育情境中细节题目的关注。这种细节认识，是对学生细密入微的眷注，细节断定品格，于渺小处见魂灵。“爱自己的孩子是人，爱别人的孩子是好人，而爱别人不爱的孩子才是教师的崇高境界。”那些在学****思想、行为等方面存在一定偏差的学生，我们称之为“问题学生”。他们往往被忽视、被冷落，殊不知，学生看起来最不值得爱的时候，恰恰是学生最需要爱的时候;殊不知，错过学生的一个教育机会，没准就错过学生的一辈子。“问题学生”同样拥有一颗真诚纯洁的心灵，也有被尊重被赏识的愿望。“问题学生”是教育中的一种普遍现象，在每个班集体当中都有这样的学生，因而转化问题学生是我们班主任工作的一个重要组成部分。这就要求我们与之建立良好的师生关系，以人为

但每次谈话总感觉家长总是表示无可奈何，又十分不大情愿听老师数落孩子。多次反复之后，我感觉自己苦口婆心，大道理说尽，劳力费神，他却无动于衷，没有改观，相反，甚至思想上对老师产生了一种抵触情绪。
久而久之，我开始反思自己的工作方法是否存在问题：如果自己被孩子的老师叫到学校，听到孩子被老师数落得没有一点优点，自己会是什么心情？回到家会对孩子有好声气？家长对学生没有好声气，学生又怎么可能对老师有好态度？学生对老师没好态度，老师又怎么会不生气呢？生了气、上了火，然后再找家长，再数落学生的不是，家长再……如此循环往复就是一种恶性循环。这样一想，我就改变了自己的工作方法——对其动之以情，晓之以理，以平等民主谈心的方式和他交流，推心置腹。少一些数落，多一份表扬。
当再一次与孩子交流时，我改变了原来的方式。借助一次班会课的机会，我首先当着全班同学的面表扬他的汉字书写的漂亮，为了表示
