Just as you have learned, most of us have eyesight problems. This may mainly result from the fact that we are loaded with too much school work, spending a lot of time reading and writing. Another reason may be that we don’t use our eyes properly, reading in bed or poor light, or sitting long hours in front of a computer, for example.
I am shortsighted, like many of us. I started to wear glasses at the age of 12，as a result of too much online game playing. Then I realized what was wrong and then corrected myself, and paying more attention to eye care at the same time. Though I cannot throw away my glasses, I have succeeded in preventing them from getting thicker.
I have three suggestions for our poor eyesight problems: less school work, proper use of eyes and regular exercise. And now schools are just trying that.
