农村电商发展背景下高职商务英语人才教育与培养路径
【摘 要】 随着国家对农村市场的重视和乡村振兴战略的提出,农村电子商务也如雨后春笋般不断诞生。农村电子商务的不断发展为高职商务英语专业人才提供了新的机遇和挑战。本文对传统高职商务英语人才的培养现状进行分析,并对农村电商新环境下的高职商务英语专业人才教育与培养的路径进行了探索和建议。

[Abstract] With the country's attention to the rural market and the Rural Revitalization Strategy, rural e-commerce is also springing up. The continuous development of rural e-commerce provides new opportunities and challenges for business English professionals in higher vocational colleges. And explores and suggests the path of the education and cultivation of business English talents in the new rural e-commerce environment.

在“互联网+”的背景下,电子商务发展迅猛,越来越多的传统企业开始转型为电商业务。在电商发展基础条件尚不充足的农村,电商专业人才的数量还相对不足,并且存在相关高职院校人才培养与农村电商发展需求不对等等诸多问题[1]。对农村电商发展背景下高职商务英语人才教育与培养路径进行探讨,从而为农村电商发展提供有益思路,帮助传统商务英语专业才人自身的生存和发展找到新的路径。
1 传统高职商务英语人才的培养现状
商务英语专业是在对外开放背景下诞生的一个复合型专业,它发源于传统的英语语言专业,但又融合了商务类课程,横跨语言和商务两大专业群。目前国内大部分高职院校商务英语专业的人才培养主要针对的还是传统的线下的国际贸易专业人才,无论是在课程设置、教学内容、教学模式、教学设施建设和师资队伍建设等方面,都与当前国际贸易中电
