1、 .摘要 本次设计题目为北京市*医院住院楼给水排水工程设计。该建筑属于综合性大楼,为中危险等级建筑物。具体设计项目为:室内给水工程,室内排水工程,室内消防工程(包括消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统),室内热水工程,共5部分。生活冷水给水系统分高、低分区。低区14层由市政管网直接供水,采用下行上给式供水方式;高区516层由水箱、水泵联合供水,采用上行下给式供水方式。地下室设有贮水池和水泵房。屋顶设高位水箱,生活水箱与消防水箱分设。消火栓系统不分区,采用水箱和水泵联合供水的临时高压给水系统。每个消火栓箱内设消防泵启动按钮,消防时可直接启动水泵。屋顶水箱贮存有10分钟的消防水量。火灾延续时间以2小时计。采用

2、湿式自动喷水灭火系统。每四层一个区,设一根立管,共四根立管。水箱高度不满足该系统对水压的要求,因此在水箱旁设增压稳压设备。湿式报警阀设置于地下室内,水力警铃装在报警阀附近。火灾延续时间以1小时计。室内热水采用集中式热水供应方式,分高低两个区,低区1-4层采用下行上给式供水方式;高区5-16层采用下行上给式供水方式。采用干管循环。排水采用合流制,分区与给水系统相同。每根立管都单独出户。低区14层不通气,高区516层采用伸顶通气,低区都不通气。本设计说明书详细介绍了系统的设计、计算过程。并且阐述了几种防噪措施,以供参考。关键词:给水、排水、热水、消火栓、喷淋、分区、水泵、水箱、水池。ABSTRAC
