1、河南理工大学万方科技学院本科毕业论文摘要变频调速技术从诞生到现在,一直经历着飞速的发展。变频调速以节能低耗、提高生产效率等突出优势,已成为企业提高产品市场占有率和竞争力的有效手段之一,其中大容量传动的高压变频调速技术也得到了广泛的应用。高压电机利用高压变频器可以实现无级调速,满足生产工艺过程对电机调速控制的要求,以提高产品的产量和质量。但是由于器件技术和逆变技术还不十分成熟,在变频器使用过程中还存在一些不尽人意的的地方;因此如何满足生产工艺要求、提高高压变频器可靠性是每个业内企业技术攻关和进步的主要难题。论文设计的内容是铝厂焙烧车间引风机的高压变频调速系统。在分析以上不足因素的同时,设计着手于
2、系统的节能和运行可靠性两方面。论文主要对高压变频器和高压变频调速系统做了具体阐述和设计;首先介绍了高压变频器的发展概况及趋势并做了市场分析,在高压变频器选型这方面为实现变频器应用的最佳性价比提供参考。其次,论文给出了高压变频调速系统的设计主回路。主系统针对“一拖一”即一台变频器控制一台电机,实现工频/变频切换的功能。在对高压变频器设计中主要涉及了移相变压器、功率单元和控制等系统的设计。设计过程中不仅要求满足工艺要求,而且保证整个系统的可靠性运行。特别是DCS控制系统参与控制高压变频调速系统,大大提高了高压变频器的运行可靠性。最后,从作者自身的学习和总结,预测了高压变频技术的发展和技术发展方向。
