摘要院分户采暖和地板辐射采暖是一种舒适度高、节能卫生又便于分户热计 量的新型供热方式。分户采暖即一户一阀式的采暖系统，是近些年住宅普遍采用 的一种采暖形式，也是由按面积收取采暖费向按用热量收取采暖费过度所采取的 措施。我国从上世纪80年代末到90年代初，开始从国外引进问热水地板辐射 采暖技术。近年来，随着各种新型管材和热源的开发，我国热水地板辐射采暖技 术取得了很大的发展。
