BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用研究与前景分析
摘要：近年来，随着BIM的快速发展，我国工程建设领域对BIM的应用也逐渐变得广泛，在整个生命周期中使用BIM模型已经成为业界的共识。全过程的成本管理通常包括项目建设的每一个阶段，与项目建设的关键业务环节密切相关。此外，我国近年来的许多省市也开展了较为复杂的大型项目，因此对BIM技术在全过程成本管理中的应用提出了更高的要求。本文主要研究BIM技术在我国工程造价管理中的应用与前景分析，对现阶段我国进行工程造价管理中存在的问题进行分析，并从我国BIM应用现状出发，提出了应用BIM技术进行造价管理的对策以及建设工程各个阶段的运用。

The application research and Prospect Analysis of BIM Technology in project cost management
Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous development of BIM, BIM has become more and more widely used in China's engineering construction field. The use of BIM models throughout the life cycle has become the consensus of the industry. The cost management of the whole process usually includes every construction stage and every stage of the project construction, which is closely related to the key business links of the project construction. In addition, in recent years, many provinces and cities in China have launched more complex large-scale projects, which put forward higher requirements for the application of BIM technology in the whole process cost management. This paper mainly studies the application and prospect analysis of BIM technology in construction cost management, analyzes the problems existing in China's current construction cost management, and proposes countermeasures and construction of cost management using BIM technology based on the current status of BIM application in China. Application at all stages of the project.
