分层管理模式在传染疾病病房中的应用效果
[摘要] 目的 分析分层管理模式在传染疾病病房中的应用效果。方法 选取在2017年1月—2019年1月期间于该院传染病病房在职的护理人员56名,按随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=28)与观察组(n=28),分别行常规管理及分层管理模式;比较两组管理效果。结果 观察组护理质量高于对照组,护理差错发生率1.0%低于对照组的4.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 分层管理模式在传染疾病病房中应用,护理质量显著提高。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of stratified management mode in infectious disease wards. Methods A total of 56 nursing staff working in the infectious disease wards of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table, namely the control group (n=28) and the observation group (n=28), respectively, the conventional management and hierarchical management mode; compare the two groups of management effects.
