国内外现代学徒制评价体系综述
摘 要:现代学徒制评价体系是检验绩效的标准,可以反映出项目执行的效果,有利于客观地反映出学徒职业能力的提升,体现学徒制教育对企业效益提升的重要作用。文章基于戴姆勒铸星教育项目的现代学徒探索研究,将国内外现代学徒制评价体系发展现状进行综述,为今后探索现代学徒制评价体系奠定基础。

A review of modern apprenticeship evaluation system at home and abroad*

Abstract: The evaluation system of modern apprenticeship is the standard to test the performance, which can reflect the effect of project execution, help to objectively reflect the improvement of apprenticeship's professional ability, and reflect the important role of apprenticeship education in the improvement of enterprise's benefit. Based on the exploration and research of modern apprenticeship in Daimler casting star education project, this paper summarizes the development status of modern apprenticeship evaluation system at home and abroad, and lays a foundation for the exploration of modern apprenticeship evaluation system in the future.

前言
根據《教育部办公厅关于公布第二批现代学徒制试点单位和第一批试点年度检查结果的通知》(教职成厅函【2017】35号)文件,陕西国防工业职业技术学院被立项为第二批现代学徒制试点单位,汽车工程学院戴姆勒铸星教育项目被确定为现代学徒制试点子项目。基于戴姆勒铸星教育项目的现代学徒探索研
