Shock: is composed of a variety of causes to effective circulating blood volume reduction, tissue hypoperfusion, leading to acute hypoxia body cells, metabolic disorders and organ dysfunction syndrome as main pathophysiologic changes.
surgical infection: refers to the need for surgical treatment of infectious diseases and injuries, surgery and burns after concurrent infection.
increased intracranial pressure: refers to a variety of reasons make the volume content of cranial cavity cranial volume increased or reduced, continuous intracranial pressure above 2. Okpa, which cause the corresponding syndrome.
peritoneal irritation: abdominal muscle tension, abdominal tenderness, rebound pain, the three collectively referred to as peritoneal irritation sign, for acute peritonitis signs.
5 intestinal obstruction: refers to any cause of intestinal movement and through the obstruction and lead to intestinal and systemic pathological changes.
urinary tract irritation (bladder): frequent micturition, urgency, odynuria.
acute renal failure is caused by various reasons of acute renal dysfunction and short time resulting in blood nitrogen metabolite accumulation and water electrolyte, acid-base balance and a series of pathophysiological changes in the state of emergency
8 fracture: the interruption of the integrity or continuity of the bone.
