供电企业智慧楼宇评价指标体系研究

随着智慧城市建设的发展,建筑的智能化趋势越来越迫切,我国“十四五规划” 将加快推动绿色低碳发展列入其中,為加快建筑智能化进一步指明方向。楼宇智慧化建设验收和后续建设改造中需要科学的评价指标作为依据和标准,为提升楼宇运营水平和效率提供现实依据。该文对供电企业智慧楼宇分级评价进行阐述,论述了供电企业智慧楼宇运营评价,以期为供电企业智慧楼宇评价提供参考。

With the development of smart city construction, the intelligent trend of buildings is becoming more and more urgent. China's "14th five years plan" will accelerate the promotion of green and low-carbon development, which will further point out the direction for accelerating the intellectualization of buildings. Scientific evaluation indicators are needed as the basis and standard in the acceptance of intelligent building construction and subsequent construction and transformation, so as to provide a practical basis for improving the operation level and efficiency of buildings. This paper expounds the grading evaluation of smart buildings in power supply enterprises, and discusses the operation evaluation of smart buildings in power supply enterprises, in order to provide reference for the evaluation of smart buildings in power supply enterprises.
